The Command Engine
How is AussyPrompt™ different from using ChatGPT, Claude or DeepSeek directly?
Those are AI models. AussyPrompt™ is a method on top of them: each command knows its job, asks for the inputs it needs, runs an expert workflow and validates the result. You get structured, repeatable output instead of one-off prompts.
What is a command?
A short instruction such as /cmp (company profile) or /brand. It activates a complete workflow: Command → Context → Workflow → Action → Result.
What are modifiers?
Options added after a command, such as tone, length or format, that change how the workflow runs without rewriting anything.
Which AI models does it use?
The engine routes each command to a configured provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or DeepSeek) and validates the output before you see it.
Learning & certificates
How long does each Level take?
Around two and a half hours of lessons, exercises, projects and a certification exam. You learn at your own pace.
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete every lesson in a Level, then pass its 15-question certification exam with 70% or more.
Can employers check my certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has a credential ID and QR code that anyone can check at aussyprompt.com/verify.
Is there a tutor?
Yes. Submissions are pre-scored by AI and reviewed by a tutor, and the AI Command Coach is available any time.
Plans & payments
Can I start for free?
Yes. Free includes Level 1, Beginner commands and a free trial in the Playground: two runs with an example and two with your own details.
What does Starter unlock?
Every course in the academy, including all seven Levels and any new courses we add, plus every command in the Command Library. One monthly price covers it all, with no extra charge per course. The only exception is a premium course marked “sold separately”, which you buy once and keep.
What is a premium course?
A specialist course sold on its own, outside the subscription plans. You pay once through PayFast and keep lifetime access; there is no monthly charge.
How do payments work?
Plans are billed monthly in rand through PayFast (card, Instant EFT and more). Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Live AI credits
What are Live AI credits?
An add-on for students. The Command Playground runs free in practice mode on the AussyPrompt simulated engine, with the full workflow and structured, validated output. When an exercise needs real AI, switch on Live AI in the Playground: each live run uses 1 credit.
How much do credits cost?
Packs are 10 credits for R59, 30 credits for R149, 100 credits for R399. You can also buy any amount from 5 to 500 credits at R6 each. You pay once, with no subscription.
When is a credit used?
Only when a live run succeeds. Follow-up questions about missing details and runs that fail don't use a credit. Continuing a draft with your answers is a new run, so it uses 1 credit.
Do credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after you buy them. The credits that expire soonest are always used first, and your balance shows in the Playground.
How do I pay?
In the Command Playground, press Add credits. Pay securely with PayFast (card, Instant EFT and more), or use your referral wallet balance for all or part of it.
Do businesses need credits?
No. Business owners and every team member on a business plan run the Playground on live AI as part of their plan.
Refer & earn
How does Refer & earn work?
Every student and business owner has a personal referral link in Wallet & Referrals in their portal. When someone signs up with it, you earn 15% of every plan, renewal, premium course and team licence they pay for in their first 12 months.
When can I use what I've earned?
Each commission is pending for 14 days, then it's available in your AussyPrompt wallet. Tick “Use my wallet balance” at checkout to put it towards any plan or premium course; if it covers a course in full, the course unlocks straight away. Merchandise is coming soon.
Can I withdraw my wallet as cash?
Yes. Once your available balance reaches R600, request a withdrawal and we'll pay it by EFT into your South African bank account, usually within 5 working days.
Who counts as my referral?
Anyone who creates a new account, as a student or a business, within 30 days of clicking your link. You can't refer yourself, and a commission is cancelled if its payment is refunded or reversed.
Businesses & teams
How do team plans work?
Professional (5 members), Business (25) and Enterprise (unlimited) include a Business Portal to invite members, assign courses and track progress.
What is the Training & Partnership programme?
A path for organisations: train your team, earn the Command-Ready Organisation award, then become a Certified Partner listed in our directory.
Do you offer live training?
Yes. Book a Command Engine workshop online, on-site or hybrid from your Business Portal or the contact page.
