Billing FAQ
Good to know
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next PayFast debit, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What does the free trial include?
Free accounts can run Beginner commands: two runs using a command's example and two with their own details. Level 1 is free forever.
Do team members need their own plan?
No. Members you invite or create get full academy access through your team plan. Professional includes 5 members, Business 25 and Enterprise is unlimited.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled on PayFast's secure page: card, Instant EFT and other South African methods. AussyPrompt™ never sees your card details.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10, two months free. Annual plans renew once a year and can be cancelled any time before the renewal.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrading, or switching from monthly to annual, replaces your current plan, so you're never billed for two. On an annual plan, contact us to upgrade and we'll credit your unused months.
What are Live AI credits?
An add-on for students. The Command Playground runs free in practice mode on the AussyPrompt simulated engine; switch on Live AI to run a command on real AI, using 1 credit per successful run. Buy a pack or any amount from 5 credits, once-off with PayFast or your referral wallet. Credits last 12 months. Business plans include live AI for every team member.
How does Refer & earn work?
Share your referral link from Wallet & Referrals in your portal. You earn 15% of every plan, renewal and premium course the people you refer pay for in their first 12 months. Each commission is pending for 14 days, then you can spend it on plans and courses, or withdraw it as cash once your wallet reaches R600.
Don't just prompt. Command AI.
